How do I get my transfer voucher?
You’ll receive an email confirmation right after booking — this is your transfer voucher.
I haven’t received the confirmation email, what should I do?
It usually arrives within minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder (especially with Hotmail/Outlook). Still missing? Email us at info@cheapnerjataxis.com and we’ll resend it promptly.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely. Cheap Nerja Taxis uses secure SSL encryption to protect all sensitive data during online transactions.
How can I book a transfer?
Simply click on “Booking” in the top menu, fill out the details, and click next.
What if my flight time changes?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your booking.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
When booking, share your flight number and schedule — we’ll track it in real time and adjust pickup automatically. Only contact us if the flight number itself changes or there’s a major delay.
Do I need to confirm my return pickup time?
Your voucher has all the details, but it’s best to confirm the exact pickup time for your return journey with the driver. Make sure to leave enough time to be at the airport at least 2–3 hours before departure.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay directly to the driver upon arrival — by cash or card.
Can I travel with a wheelchair?
Yes. We have adapted vehicles on most routes. When booking, select “Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.” If immediate availability isn’t possible, we’ll contact you with alternatives. This service may affect the transfer price — please check with us.
Do you provide baby and child seats?
Yes — simply request them when booking your private transfer. An extra charge applies as shown in the pricing section.
